The Körber-Stiftung is a foundation having legal capacity under the German Civil Code. Authorised representatives are Dr. Lothar Dittmer (Chairman of the Executive Board), Anja Paehlke (Member of the Executive Board) and Dr. Thomas Paulsen (Member of the Executive Board).

The Körber-Stiftung, as the content provider, is responsible for its own content which it makes available in acc. with § 5 Para. 1 of the German Interstate Agreement on Media Services.
